Embodiment 2

[0035] On the basis of embodiment 1, ultrasonic wave can be produced by following method in this deicing device:

[0036] Step 1. The oscillating circuit generates a high-frequency triangular wave, and the frequency is within an adjustable range of about 150KHz;

[0037] Step 2. Use DDS to generate a sine wave, and amplify the signal obtained in step 1 to the required amplitude through the preamplifier;

[0038] Step 3, comparing the high-frequency triangular wave with the sine wave through a comparator to obtain a PWM wave;

[0039] Step 4. The PWM wave passes through the phase-shifting and phase-inverting circuits to generate two PWM waves with opposite phases, which are driven by the full-bridge circuit and shaped to finally generate a sine wave, that is, the required ultrasonic wave.

[0040] Among them, the circuit diagram of using DDS to generate a sine wave in step 2 is as follows Figure 4 As shown, the sine wave to be used in the invention must have the characterist...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of high voltage line usage and maintenance, more particularly, a supersonic wave high voltage line ice removing apparatus. The apparatus comprises an ice removing and shocking body featuring ultrasonic transducers as its core components. Each ultrasonic transducer comprises piezoelectric ceramics and shocking body inner linings that wrap the internal walls of a round cylinder. There are two ultrasonic transducers, mounted on the left and the right of the apparatus respectively, sealed in the round cylinder and fixedly disposed on the suspension component of the ice removing apparatus. The high voltage line ice removing apparatus further comprises a driving motor. The driving motor is connected to a battery cabin wherein the latter provides power for the former. A suspension wheel also plays a part in the making of the ice removing apparatus by being clamped on the high voltage line to facilitate the moving of the apparatus. In addition, the front end of the ice removing apparatus is provided with a de-icing shield which removes large ice cubes on a high voltage line in its progressing. This further facilitates the process of pulverizing ice on the high voltage line later. According to the invention, the ice removing apparatus provides reliable performance and achieves high working efficiency, thus enabling prospects for applications and great market values.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of use and maintenance of high-voltage lines, and in particular relates to an ultrasonic high-voltage line deicing device. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the national economy and social construction, the area covered by the national grid is getting larger and larger, and the construction of high-voltage lines is increasing. While providing convenience for power supply to various places, it also brings a big problem, that is, There are defects in the treatment of high-voltage wires after freezing in harsh environments, which has become an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of power grids. The de-icing maintenance of high-voltage wires is an important guarantee to ensure the normal operation of the power grid and the orderly execution of production. Only by using the safest and most effective methods to solve this problem can we provide a strong guarantee for the devel...
