Problems solved by technology

[0004] Formaldehyde detection methods generally include high-performance liquid chromatography and acetylacetone method. The instruments used in these methods are high-performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometer, which are expensive, complicated to operate, and require full-time personnel to operate, so they are not universal

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting endogenous formaldehyde in squids. In the method, 10.00 g of to-be-detected squid samples are taken, cut and ground into homogenate by a mortar, the samples are conveyed into a container by means of 30 mL of deionized water, and then 10 mL of trichloroacetic acid with the mass concentration being 10% is added and evenly stirred; ultrasonic extraction is conducted under an ice bath to obtain a crude extract solution; the crude extract solution is subjected to centrifugal separation twice, supernatants obtained in twice of centrifugal separation are combined, the volume is metered as 100 mL with deionized water, and a detection sample solution is obtained; the detection sample solution is taken, an acid potassium permanganate solution is added, potassium permanganate fades into a colorless transparent solution, it means that the to-be-detected squid samples contain formaldehyde, and otherwise it is judged that no formaldehyde exists. The method has the advantages that formaldehyde in the squids can be qualitatively identified, detection cost is low, detection speed is high, operation is easy, the phenomenon is obvious, judgment is easy, operators do not need strong professional knowledge and strong operation skills, popularization is convenient, and the method is suitable for mass common customers to operate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for identifying formaldehyde in squid, in particular to a method for detecting endogenous formaldehyde in squid. Background technique [0002] Squid is a soft fish. Its muscle texture is different from other fish. After heating, the muscle tissue is tight, fibrous and tough, which is especially suitable for processing into squid shreds. Especially Peruvian squid, because of its rich resources, low price and high nutritional value, has become the main raw material for processing squid shreds in recent years. However, the relevant departments found that the content of formaldehyde was relatively high (non-artificially added factors) when testing Peruvian squid shreds. The use of formaldehyde-containing Peruvian squid to process squid products has had a great negative impact on the processing and sales of squid products for many seafood companies. [0003] Formaldehyde, also known as formaldehyde, has a strong pungent s...
