The floating carrier liquid which is prepared from dimethyl sulfoxide, glycerol, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, alcohol with volume percentage concentration of 96%, a formaldehyde solution with volume percentage concentration of 40% and sterile distilled water, is loaded on the glass slide; due to penetration of the microscopic examination floating carrier liquid, the expansion degree of the insect body is improved, compared with the floating carrier liquid taking distilled water as a microscopic examination medium, the nematode glass slide is relatively high in refractive index which is relatively close to that of the nematode insect body, so that the resolution ratio of the microscopes and the transparency of the nematode insect body are increased; and the observation effect on subtle features of the nematodes is improved.
