Embodiment Construction

[0021] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 2 As shown, an ultra-wideband microstrip antenna based on a rectangular stepped structure fractal according to the present invention includes a dielectric substrate 1, a metal ground plate 2, a radiation patch unit, and an impedance matching microstrip feeder 3. The radiation patch unit and the impedance matching microstrip feeder 3 are arranged on the front surface of the dielectric substrate 1. The metal ground plate 2 is provided on the back surface of the dielectric substrate 1. This embodiment is based on a rectangular microstrip antenna, that is, FR4 epoxy copper clad laminates with a length, width and height of 35mm, 30mm and 1.6mm and a dielectric constant of 4.4 are used as the dielectric substrate 1, and the length and width are respectively The 11.5mm and 30mm rectangular copper skins are used as the metal ground plate 2, which can not only achieve ultra-wideband characteristics, but also reduce the size of the antenna.

Abstract

The invention discloses an ultra-wideband microstrip antenna based on the rectangular stepped structural fractal. The ultra-wideband microstrip antenna includes a dielectric substrate, a metal ground plate, a radiation patch unit and an impedance matching microstrip feeder. The radiation patch unit and the impedance matching microstrip feeder are arranged on the front of the dielectric substrate. The metal ground plate is arranged on the back of the dielectric substrate. The radiation patch unit includes a first-order fractal structure, a tapered slot structure, a second-order fractal structure and a transform matching microstrip feeder. The first-order fractal structure includes a first rectangular radiation patch, a second rectangular radiation patch and a third rectangular radiation patch which are arranged in an inverted ladder shape. The central portion of the first-order fractal structure is provided with the tapered slot structure which is self-similar to the first-order fractal structure. The central portion of the tapered slot structure is provided with the second-order fractal structure. By adopting a new fractal structure, the invention broadens the frequency band of the antenna, reduces the size of the antenna and enables the antenna to meet ultra-wideband characteristics in 3GHz-12.9GHz. Meanwhile, the antenna is simple in structure, low in profile, and easy to install and integrate.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wireless communication, and in particular to a miniaturized ultra-wideband microstrip antenna based on a rectangular stepped structure fractal. Background technique [0002] The antenna is one of the most important components in wireless communication and radar systems, and its performance is directly related to the communication quality or detection capability of the entire system. In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless communications, network coverage has continued to increase, and the demand for various data services has also increased sharply. The previous communication equipment and models have been unable to meet the requirements of modern communication with multiple services, high speed and high quality. Antenna design is facing new challenges. In order to meet the development requirements of modern wireless communications, the current domestic and foreign antenna research is mainly di...
