Embodiment Construction

[0019] The present invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the exemplary embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.

[0020] This application studies the difference between the composition of the material grain boundary and the structure of the grain matrix and the principle of chemical corrosion, and uses the characteristics of the relatively small ionization degree of picric acid and the slow corrosion process to solve the problem that the surface of the picric acid aqueous solution is easy to produce a crack when eroding the sample. The corrosion product (film) which is difficult to dissolve, makes the surfa...

Abstract

The invention discloses a martensitic stainless steel corrosive agent used for display of the grain size of metal. The martensitic stainless steel corrosive agent is used for detecting the grain size of martensitic stainless steel. The corrosive agent comprises the specific reagents of 20ml of hydrochloric acid HCl (36%-38%), 500ml of ethyl alcohol (analytically pure), 7g of picric acid C6H2(NO2)3OH (analytically pure) and 2g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate C12 H25 C6 H4 SO3Na4 (analytically pure). The invention further provides a stainless steel grain size display method in which the martensitic stainless steel corrosive agent is adopted. By the adoption of the martensitic stainless steel corrosive agent and the stainless steel grain size display method, the contrast between a grain boundary and the matrix structure of a material is increased, and the judgment errors caused by multiple martensite groups in the same grain of an austenite in the traditional detection methods can be avoided. The martensitic stainless steel corrosive agent and the stainless steel grain size display method can be widely applied to grain size detection of stainless steel forged pieces and raw materials of various machines, the accuracy of experiment results is improved, and experiment errors are lowered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of physical and chemical tests, and in particular relates to a corrosive agent used in metallographic detection of stainless steel in the physical and chemical analysis process of metal materials and a method for displaying grain size. Background technique [0002] The grain size of the metal is closely related to the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the material. In the production process, the grain size display of stainless steel, especially martensitic stainless steel, has always been a difficult problem for physical and chemical metallographic testers. It often takes several days to corrode the grain boundaries when judging the grain size according to the orientation of the grain, and the erosion of the sample surface is extremely uneven, the grain boundaries are blurred, and the effect is not good, which brings large experimental errors. Some domestic standards have clear grain size requirements ...
