Abstract

The invention discloses dirt removal emulsion for cleaning a hard surface. The dirt removal emulsion is prepared from, by weight, 30-40 parts of anionic surfactant sodium dodecylpoly(polyethylene) sulfate, 25-35 parts of nonionic surfactant fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 10-20 parts of natural calcium carbonate mild abrasive, 2-4 parts of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 35-45 parts of water, and 6-8 parts of auxiliaries including hydroxypropyl acrylate and kerosene by the weight ratio of (5-7):1. The dirt removal emulsion can fast spread on the hard surface, does not roll to the ground easily and is beneficial for improving the cleaning effect, which may have relation to the weight ratio of hydroxypropyl acrylate to kerosene in the raw materials. The provided dirt removal emulsion has a chemical dirt removal function (the surfactant) and a physical dirt removal function (the calcium carbonate mild abrasive) and is capable of effectively removing dirt and suitable for dirt treatment on hard surfaces of ceramics, stainless steel, marble, rigid plastic, glass and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and in particular relates to a decontamination emulsion for hard surface cleaning. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of the urban construction process, many high-rise buildings have appeared. Due to the wind and rain, solar radiation, dust pollution and some artificial or accidental factors, the exterior walls of high-rise buildings will be damaged after a period of use. A lot of dirt makes the surface of the outer wall dirty and dull, which affects the appearance and needs to be cleaned frequently. Existing high-rise building exterior wall cleaning method mainly is: cleaning workers will be promoted near the cleaning surface with special equipment, manually scrubbing or flushing the wall surface and running water for flushing. However, most of the currently used hard surface cleaning agents for spraying spread slowly on the dirt surface, and the cleaning agent has rolled off the...
