Abstract

The technology comprises the steps that an aluminum alloy workpiece is preheated; then, the aluminum alloy workpiece is rapidly cooled at the rate of 60 DEG C / sec-80 DEGC / sec; the aluminum alloy workpiece is subjected to solid solution treatment at the temperature of 500 DEG C to 515 DEG C; then, the workpiece is taken out to be subjected to cold quenching treatment; the aluminum alloy workpiece subjected to water quenching is placed in a heating furnace and subjected to aging treatment for 5-8 h, and the temperature of the final aging ranges from 200 DEG C to 220 DEG C; and artificial aging is conducted for 48-60 h, and air cooling is conducted to the room temperature. Before aging treatment, pre-aging treatment needs to be conducted, and the pre-aging temperature ranges from 120 DEG C to 150 DEG C.
