Problems solved by technology

However, increasing the aeration rate not only makes the return flow of nitrifying liquid and sludge carry too much dissolved oxygen, which affects the denitrification effect and phosphorus release effect of the anoxic tank and anaerobic tank, but also because the power consumption of aeration is very high for the operation of the sewage plant. The most important cost expenditure, a large amount of aeration, is bound to greatly increase the operating cost of the sewage treatment plant

Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the drawings and implementation cases.

[0019] The device for starting and stably maintaining the micro-swelling of filamentous bacteria in the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1. The device is connected in order of raw water tank (1), water inlet pump (2), anaerobic zone (3), anoxic zone (4), aerobic zone (5) and secondary sedimentation tank (6). The inlet water tank and the anaerobic zone are connected through an inlet pump (2) and an inlet pipe (7); the biochemical reactor is composed of an anaerobic zone (3), anoxic zone (4) and aerobic zone (5), The anaerobic zone, anoxic zone and aerobic zone are separated by detachable baffle plates. The baffles are provided with staggered water guide holes to prevent short flow. Stirring is installed in both anaerobic zone and anoxic zone. In the device (9), the bottom of each aerobic zone is equip...

Abstract

The invention discloses a device and method for starting and stably maintaining filamentous bacteria microdilatancy in the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process, and belongs to the field of biochemical wastewater treatment. The device is formed by sequentially connecting a suction sump, an anaerobic cell, an anoxic cell, an aerobic cell and a secondary sedimentation tank. The secondary sedimentation tank is provided with a mud position height marker so that the mud dilatancy degree can be known in real time. A stirrer is arranged in the secondary sedimentation tank so that the rotating speed can be controlled at 8-10 r/min, and mud is prevented from being stirred under stirring when it is ensured that mud at the bottom of the secondary sedimentation tank is in a peristaltic state. By adjusting the pneumatic staying time of an aerobic area and controlling the dissolved oxygen concentration of the aerobic area, the filamentous bacteria microdilatancy is started and stably maintained in the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process. Due to the slow stirring in the secondary sedimentation tank, gas interruption can be prevented; due to the net trapping effect of filamentous bacteria, the concentration of suspended matter in output water can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile the turbidity of output water is reduced. The effect of filamentous bacteria is brought into full play, the aims of decreasing the aeration rate and saving energy are achieved, and the concentration of suspended matter in output water is reduced when the output water effect is ensured.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device and method for starting and stably maintaining micro-swelling of filamentous bacteria in a biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process, and belongs to the field of sewage treatment. Background technique [0002] Water is closely related to human production and life, and the seriousness of water resource pollution has attracted the attention and attention of countries all over the world. At present, one of the primary goals of sewage treatment plants around the world is to remove nitrogen and phosphorus to prevent excessive nitrogen and phosphorus from causing eutrophication of water bodies. Activated sludge method is the most widely used sewage treatment method in urban sewage treatment plants, which has the advantages of economy and good treatment effect. Activated sludge is mainly composed of microorganisms that can adsorb and degrade organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants in sewage. In the bio...
