Abstract

A heat pipe has the heat conductivity coefficient which is far higher than that of any pure metal materials. However, as a result of a tubular structure of the heat pipe, particularly, in applications, non-ideal contact surfaces of a heat source and the heat pipe and a heat dissipation device and the heat pipe shape exist in a capillary pulsating heat pipe with a smaller diameter to form heat resistance. The invention discloses a plate metal plate strip which is windowed in sections, a plate heat-conducting strip of a groove pulsating heat pipe which is prepared by performing welding, vacuumizing and liquid injecting with another metal plate strip with grooves which are uniformly distributed in a simulating capillary pipeline punched by a mechanical mould in a same volume, as well as a process. The heat-conducting strip not only has a heat-conducting function of the pulsating heat pipe, but also effectively improves the heat resistance in application. The heat-conducting strip can be conveniently segmented to change the dimension by virtue of a simple tool according to length requirements of different occasions applicable.
