Embodiment 1

[0013] The method for preparing microcrystalline material using waste residue of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0014] 1) Use quartz sand waste residue, metallurgical slag, tailings slag and sludge incineration ash as raw materials, and mix them according to the mass ratio of 1:1:1:1;

[0015] 2) Send the mixture into a high-temperature furnace for heating, and melt it at 1400-1600 °C for 3-4 hours to obtain molten glass, and obtain the basic glass after water quenching;

[0016] 3) Grind the basic glass to less than 80 meshes, press the basic glass uniformly into a rectangular sample with a ceramic press under a uniaxial pressure of 100 MPa, then put the sample into a heat treatment furnace for heat treatment, and polish and cut the sample get glass-ceramics;

[0017] The preparation method of the sludge incineration ash is as follows: calcining the dry sludge at 800-1000° C. for 1-3 h, burning the dry sludge into sludge incineration ash, and grinding...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing microcrystal materials from waste residues. The method includes steps of 1), mixing the quartz sand waste residues, the metallurgical ore residues, the tailing residues and the sludge incineration ash residues with one another according to a mass ratio of 1:1:1:1 to obtain mixtures; 2), heating the mixtures in a high-temperature smelting furnace, smelting the mixtures at the temperature of 1400-1600 DEG C for 3-4 h to obtain molten glass and then carrying out water quenching treatment on the molten glass to obtain base glass; 3), grinding the base glass until the size of the base glass is smaller than 80 meshes, pressing the base glass in uniform directions by the aid of a ceramic press machine under the uniaxial pressures of 100 MPa to obtain rectangular samples, carrying out heat treatment on the samples in a heat treatment furnace and polishing and cutting the samples to obtain microcrystal glass. The method for preparing the microcrystal materials from the waste residues has the advantages that the method is high in waste residue utilization rate, and the waste residue utilization rate can reach 60-70%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing microcrystalline materials by using waste residue, and belongs to the technical field of waste recovery. Background technique [0002] Microcrystalline material, that is, glass-ceramic, also known as microcrystalline jade or ceramic glass, is a comprehensive glass and a new type of building material that has just been developed in foreign countries. Its scientific name is glass crystal. Glass-ceramics has the following advantages: 1) It is of great significance to environmental protection. On the one hand, it replaces natural stone and clay mineral resources, avoiding the environmental damage caused by mining; on the other hand, it turns waste into treasure and eliminates the pollution of the environment caused by industrial waste. 2) The price is cheap. The use of industrial waste can basically replace industrial raw materials for free, and the nearby treatment can also save a lot of transportation cos...
