Abstract

The invention discloses a method for purifying smelting furnace gas of a submerged arc furnace. The method comprises the following steps that (1) cold air is mixed into the generated furnace gas through a water cooling flue, and carbonic oxide gas is preliminarily combusted; (2) the temperature of the furnace gas obtained after the carbonic oxide gas is preliminarily combusted is raised to range from 300 DEG C to 320 DEG C, the furnace gas enters a combustion settling chamber, the flow speed of the furnace gas is reduced, large-particle dust carried in the furnace gas settles, cold air is mixed properly, and finally the carbonic oxide gas is thoroughly burnt out; (3) the temperature of the furnace gas with the carbonic oxide gas burnt out is fast reduced to range from -4 DEG C to 0 DEG C through a condenser, and condensed furnace gas liquid is collected; (4) the temperature of the non-condensed furnace gas in the step (3) is reduced to range from 100 DEG C to 105 DEG C, and the furnace gas enters a bag-type dust remover and is discharged into the air after dust removal; and (5) the condensed furnace gas liquid is recycled after being purified by ozone generated by an ozone generator.
