Abstract

The present invention discloses a new metabolite profile analysis full-two-dimensional liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method, wherein non-transgenic soybean, transgenic soybean, tea leaf and ginkgo leaf are subjected to full-two-dimensional UPLC high-temperature and high-speed analysis by using full-two-dimensional ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (2D-UPLC Q-TOFMS) combined technology to obtain the full-two-dimensional metabolic profile spectrum, and the method has advantages of good reproducibility, high stability, rapidness and reliability, and is suitable for the full-two-dimensional metabolic profile analysis of non-transgenic soybean, transgenic soybean, and a variety of biological samples. The invention further discloses a new kit for detecting the full-two-dimensional metabolic profile spectrum of the metabolite in non-transgenic soybean, transgenic soybean, tea leaf and ginkgo leaf, wherein the kit comprises a buffer liquid ammonium acetate, ammonium formate or ammonium bicarbonate, 0.1-0.5% formic acid or acetic acid water, and acetonitrile. According to the present invention, the method for detecting the full-two-dimensional metabolic profile spectrum of non-transgenic soybean, transgenic soybean, and a variety of biological samples by using the kit has characteristics of low detection cost, good reproducibility, high stability, rapidness, and high efficiency.
