The analysis device comprises a first analysis unit, a second analysis unit and a third analysis unit, wherein the first analysis unit is used for analyzing content of hydrocarbon gases and oxygen-containing compounds, and comprises a first ten-way valve, a first pre-separation column, a second pre-separation column, a six-way valve and a first detector which are connected in sequence, and a first chromatographic analysis column and a damping tube, two ends of the first chromatographic analysis column and the damping tube are connected with the six-way valve, and the first ten-way valve is provided with a tenth opening J connected with an air source to be detected; the second analysis unit is used for analyzing the content of H2 and comprises a second ten-way valve, a third pre-separation column, a second chromatographic analysis column and a second detector which are sequentially communicated, and the second ten-way valve is provided with a tenth opening J' connected with the air source to be detected; and the third analysis unit is used for analyzing the content of permanent gases except for hydrogen, and comprises a third ten-way valve, a third chromatographic analysis column and a third detector which are sequentially communicated, and the third ten-way valve is provided with a ten-way valve is provided with a tenth opening J'' connected with the air source to be detected.
