Problems solved by technology

The hydrogen sulfide content in the industrial wastewater of the paper industry is relatively high. If it is not treated, it will endanger the environment and cause harm to humans, animals and plants. Common treatment methods for hydrogen sulfide in wastewater include closed collection and disposal, stripping recovery, and oxidation. etc. These methods all have problems such as low efficiency and secondary pollution.

Embodiment Construction

[0017] In order to make it easier for those skilled in the art to understand the solution of the present invention, the technical solution of the present invention will be further specifically described in conjunction with specific embodiments.

[0018] Such as figure 1 Shown, the present invention is a kind of treatment method of hydrogen sulfide in industrial waste water, and the treatment process is that waste water enters nanofiltration treatment after pretreatment (ultrafiltration treatment) removes macromolecular suspended solids and a part of harmful substances, and concentrated solution passes through sulfur dioxide equipment box, the reaction generates sulfur and water, and the treated water is again treated by ultrafiltration, and the permeate is recycled after passing the inspection, and it is re-treated by nanofiltration if it is unqualified. The specific operation steps are as follows:

[0019] Step 1. Industrial wastewater is treated by ultrafiltration to remove...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating hydrogen sulfide in industrial wastewater. The hydrogen sulfide in the wastewater in the papermaking industry is high in content, and toxic effects can be caused for human bodies and aquatic lives if the hydrogen sulfide is discharged into environments without being treated. The method includes particular operation steps of firstly, carrying out ultra-filtration treatment on the industrial wastewater to remove macromolecular suspended matters and a part of harmful substances; secondly, carrying out nano-filtration treatment on ultra-filtration membrane permeation liquid without macromolecules to obtain concentrated liquid, feeding the concentrated liquid through sulfur dioxide equipment boxes, carrying out reaction on the hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide to generate sulfur and water and carrying out ultra-filtration treatment on the treated water; thirdly, detecting nano-filtration membrane permeation liquid obtained at the second step and recycling water if the nano-filtration membrane permeation liquid is qualified; fourthly, enabling the nano-filtration membrane permeation liquid to flow back if the nano-filtration membrane permeation liquid is unqualified, carrying out nano-filtration treatment on the nano-filtration membrane permeation liquid and repeatedly carrying out operation at the second, third and fourth steps again until the nano-filtration membrane permeation liquid is qualified. The method has the advantages that wastewater membrane treatment technologies are combined with vulcanization reaction, and accordingly the method is high in hydrogen sulfide removal rate and free of secondary pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of membrane separation, and in particular relates to a method for treating hydrogen sulfide in industrial wastewater. Background technique [0002] Hydrogen sulfide is an inorganic compound. It is a colorless, flammable acid gas under normal conditions. When the concentration is low, it has a foul smell, like rotten eggs. When the concentration is high, it has no smell (because high concentration of hydrogen sulfide can paralyze the sense of smell nerve). It is soluble in water. The aqueous solution of hydrogen sulfide is called hydrogen sulfuric acid, which is a weak acid. When it is heated, hydrogen sulfide escapes from the water. Hydrogen sulfide is an acute poison, and inhalation of a small amount of high-concentration hydrogen sulfide can be fatal in a short time. Low concentrations of hydrogen sulfide have effects on the eyes, respiratory system and central nervous system. The hydrogen sulfide conte...
