The device comprises a control module, a signal generating module, a data transmitting-receiving module and a processing module. A mode one of the method is as follows: firstly, a test signal parameter and a mode one are configured; secondly, test signals of different frequencies are generated; thirdly, transmission PIM testing or reflection PIM testing is selected; and fourthly, a transmission PIM signal or a reflection PIM signal is tested.
