The illegal cooking oil hydroximic acid salt is prepared according to the following steps that hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium hydroxide react for 30-60 min at the temperature of 0-7 DEG C, after the reaction is finished, liquid subjected to suction filtration is mixed with sodium hydroxide and illegal cooking oil, and a mixture reacts for 5-8 h in ethyl alcohol or methanol solvent at the temperature of 35-50 DEG C.
