Abstract

The invention discloses application of a composition to preparation of drugs. The drugs are used for repairing cartilage injury. The composition comprises cell suspension and temperature-sensitive hydrogel, wherein the cell suspension is formed by mixing of mesenchymal stem cells and cartilage cells and resuspending the mixture on a hyaluronic acid solution. The composition for repairing the cartilage injury is safe, reliable, convenient to obtain, high in efficiency for differentiating towards the cartilage cells and capable of providing necessary cells for tissue repair of cartilage injury parts, and the temperature-sensitive hydrogel can function as a good exogenous cell carrier and enables the cells in the composition to fill the cartilage injury parts without migrating towards other positions, so that rapid effective repair and healing of the cartilage injury parts can be promoted effectively.
