Abstract

According to the invention, base asphalt, a ferric oxide modified polyester resin latex, a modified latex, a warm mixing agent, an emulsifier and water are utilized to prepare drag-cup type microwave-induced modified emulsified asphalt which is mixed with an aggregate, mineral powder, fiber and water for pavement partial repair by adopting a vehicle-mounted thick repairing vehicle, wherein concrete steps comprise traffic closing, original pavement cleaning, setting-out, construction equipment debugging in place, mixing, synchronous auxiliary heating with a microwave heating box, paving, rolling compaction, initial maintenance and quality inspection, and traffic opening. The drag-cup type microwave-induced modified emulsified asphalt provided by the invention has pavement performance no lower than the pavement performance of ordinary modified emulsified asphalt; meanwhile, the performances of cold mixed thick slurry can rapidly meet the performance requirements of hot mixed asphalt thick slurry in site through the sensitivity of vehicle-mounted microwave-induced modified emulsified asphalt to microwave.
