The method comprises the following steps: selecting a grafting rootstock and scions; sterilizing a first stainless steel pipe, a second stainless steel pipe and a cutter by using alcohol; vertically inserting the first stainless steel pipe into a succulent part of a vascular bundle for at least 3cm by aiming at the vascular bundle in a rootstock cuttage grafting end; performing ring cutting for one cut on the rootstock cuttage grafting end by using the cutter, removing cut-off succulent parts to expose the vascular bundle with a length of 3cm, wherein the exposed vascular bundle is called a butt joint part; enabling the second stainless steel pipe to penetrate through a whole scion along the length direction of the scion by aiming at a vascular bundle in the scion to ensure that the whole vascular bundle in the scion falls off and enters a through hole of the second stainless steel pipe so as to obtain a hollow scion; inserting the hollow scion into the butt joint part of the rootstock to ensure that the scion and the rootstock share one vascular bundle; and fixing a connection part between the hollow scion and the rootstock by using an adhesive tape to complete tandem connection.
