The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing commercial wood pulp which is 3-8% of the formulated weight of reconstituted tobacco raw materials, and defibering the reconstituted tobacco raw materials by virtue of hot water which is added according to a proportion and conforms to a requirement on extraction process temperature so as to obtain commercial wood pulp slurry which is not greater than 10% in mass concentration; (2) controlling a commercial wood pulp oven dry addition amount in the obtained commercial wood pulp slurry to be not greater than 10% of the weight of the reconstituted tobacco raw materials by virtue of an electronic flow meter, wherein the oven dry addition amount is a result of multiplying a cumulant of the electronic flow meter by the concentration of the commercial wood pulp slurry, and uniformly mixing the slurry with the tobacco raw materials so as to obtain a mixing process product of the reconstituted tobacco raw materials and the commercial wood pulp; and (3) filtering the mixing process product by virtue of a water filtering spiral conveyor so as to remove most extracting solution, pressing the filtered product in a presser and squeezing out liquid in fibers to achieve solid-liquid separation, so that an extracting solution is obtained.
