The preparation method comprises the following steps: peeling off silkworm cocoons from a paper cocooning frame in 8 days after mounting a cocooning frame on a sericin variety of silkworms, avoiding collision among the silkworm cocoons during a peeling process, drying the silkworm cocoons for 2 hours under 50 DEG C of a constant temperature, and directly peeling off sericin cocoon layers of the silkworm cocoons; washing once by using water, removing impurities, drying the silkworm cocoons for 2 hours under 80 DEG C of a temperature after draining, and sieving through a 100-mesh sieve after smashing, thus obtaining sericin powder; mixing 100 ml of distilled water with 5 g of the sericin powder, uniformly stirring under 80 DEG C, dissolving for 3 hours, centrifuging, removing sediment, mixing with core masterbatches of a flexible detergent, wool fat, pearly slurry, water, salt, deep sea fish oil, essence, spearmint and wire drawing powder according to proportions, uniformly stirring, dissolving, emulsifying, standing and cooling, thus obtaining the natural pure-sericin liquid shampoo.
