The concentration gradient generating device comprises first and second micro-channel networks which are arranged along a vertical direction, wherein the first and second micro-channel networks respectively comprise a plurality of first and second concentration generating channels; one end of each first concentration generating channel is communicated with a first sample inlet of the first micro-channel network; one end of each second concentration generating channel is communicated with a second sample inlet of the second micro-channel network; first and second fluids are respectively injected into the first sample inlet and the second sample inlet; the other end of each first concentration generating channel is communicated with the other end of the corresponding second concentration generating channel and also is connected with a connecting channel, so that the first and second fluids can be converged in the connecting channel; and each connecting channel is also connected with a mixing channel.
