Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing amniotic mesenchymal stem cells from a human placenta amnion and application of the amniotic mesenchymal stem cells. The method comprises the following steps: washing and disinfecting a placenta; washing and disinfecting an amnion and crushing the amnion; carrying out tissue digestion; carrying out cell culture on a filtrate part and a tissue block part; harvesting the cells; counting and determining the survival rate of the cells, and cryopreserving. The invention further relates to the amniotic mesenchymal stem cells prepared by the method and therapeutic application of the amniotic mesenchymal stem cells. The method provided by the invention has the advantages showed in the description.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of stem cell therapy, and relates to a method for preparing amniotic mesenchymal stem cells from human placenta amniotic membrane, and also relates to amniotic mesenchymal stem cells prepared by the method, and their therapeutic use. Background technique [0002] Stem cells are the basis for the development of regenerative medicine, and their effective application is an effective way to realize the ultimate dreams of human health and longevity, anti-cancer and anti-aging, eternal youth, and continuous improvement of quality of life. In recent years, embryonic stem cells and adult stem cells have received much attention in the fields of cell biology and regenerative medicine research. However, despite the totipotency of embryonic stem cells that other cells cannot match, factors such as tumorigenicity, immune rejection after allogeneic transplantation, and unavoidable ethical disputes largely limit its clinic...
