The method comprises the steps as follows: 1, carrier and code NCO parameters are computed by using the position, speed, clock correction, clock drift and satellite ephemeris of a receiver; 2, outputs of a frequency detector and a code ring discriminator are used as measured information of a navigation filter used for estimating the position, speed, clock correction, clock drift and satellite ephemeris of the receiver, correcting the position and speed of the receiver by using the estimated information, and then computing carriers and code NCO by using the corrected position and speed of the receiver in combination with the satellite ephemeris to keep tracking on an input signal; and 3, an information sequence corresponding to each channel is used as the input of a support vector machine for judging whether the channel is normal.
