The AC-DC rectifier unit comprises a first rectification unit, a second rectification unit, a first bias circuit unit, a second bias circuit unit and an energy-storage capacitor, wherein the first rectification unit is used for converting an in-phase radio frequency input signal into a direct current output voltage by virtue of input differential pair rectification germinate transistors; the second rectification unit is used for converting a reversed phase radio frequency input signal into a direct current output voltage by virtue of input differential pair rectification germinate transistors; the first bias circuit unit utilizes a dynamic bias circuit for providing a bias voltage for rectifier germinate transistors of the second rectification unit, eliminating threshold value loss of differential rectification germinate transistors and maintaining a relatively low reverse current; the second bias circuit unit utilizes a dynamic bias circuit for providing a bias voltage for rectifier germinate transistors of the first rectification unit, eliminating the threshold value loss of the differential rectification germinate transistors and maintaining a relatively low reverse current; and the energy-storage capacitor is used for filtering and removing an alternating current signal on the direct current output voltage, so as to obtain a stable direct current output voltage.
