[0021] Fe-Co nanoparticles can be purchased from the market (such as Chaowei Nanomaterials Company in Shanghai), or they can be synthesized by physical or chemical methods with reference to literature.

[0022] Silica-coated nano-Fe-Co: Take 47.5g of sodium silicate, dissolve it in a beaker with deionized water, and adjust the pH value to 12-13 with hydrochloric acid. Take 5.0g of nano-Fe-Co and add it into the beaker, and stir mechanically (with a glass rod) for 5min. The mixture was sonicated for 30 min and stirred in due course. Raise the temperature to 85˚C, add hydrochloric acid dropwise to adjust the pH value to 6-7, and form a precipitate. While magnetically separating, wash the precipitate with deionized water for 3-4 times. Then, the precipitate was dispersed in 250 mL of methanol...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for screening an anaerobic bacterium traditional Chinese medicine inhibitor based on a Fe-Co nano-probe and belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine development and use. The method relies on the establishment of preparation of a Fe-Co nano-probe for screening a traditional Chinese medicine formula for inhibiting anaerobic bacteria. Through specific binding of the paramagnetic Fe-Co nano-probe coated with an antibody to target bacteria and use of Fe-Co paramagnetism-caused influence on nuclear magnetic resonance relaxation time, the target bacteria in the sample can be detected. The paramagnetic Fe-Co nano-probe can show a linear relationship in a certain nuclear magnetic resonance relaxation time range. Nuclear magnetic resonance self-spinning-lattice relaxation time and self-spinning-self-spinning relaxation time are decreased along with increasing of the nanometer Fe-Co content. The method can quantificationally detect target bacteria in a certain range so that the traditional Chinese medicine formula effects of inhibiting bacteria are indirectly evaluated. The method can be used for screening a formula of a traditional Chinese medicine having effects of inhibiting anaerobic bacteria and accelerate a traditional Chinese medicine product development rate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a screening method of traditional Chinese medicine formula. Background technique [0002] Antibiotics can also cause damage to the human body while sterilizing bacteria, affecting liver, kidney function, and gastrointestinal tract reactions. Abuse of antibiotics may lead to the occurrence of drug resistance in some bacteria, and the treatment of infections will become very difficult. At present, there is almost no antimicrobial drug without drug resistance. It is of positive significance to develop traditional Chinese medicines and formulas with antibacterial effects. [0003] Many traditional Chinese medicines and prescription medicines have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and the active ingredients and molecular structures of some Chinese herbal medicines have also been fully or partially studied. For example, berberine (berberine), the main component of Coptis chinensis and Phellodendron phellodendron for dys...
