Abstract

The invention relates to a photochromic material, a reusable optical writing film and preparation methods thereof. The photochromic material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20 to 200 parts of a surfactant, 5 to 200 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 20 to 50 parts of an inorganic material catalyst, 0 to 120 parts of ethylene glycol and 0.01 to 0.5 part of a dye. The preparation method for the photochromic material comprises the following steps: (1) respectively dissolving the surfactant and the hydroxyethyl cellulose in water so as to obtain a surfactant aqueous solution and a hydroxyethyl cellulose aqueous solution, and uniformly mixing the surfactant aqueous solution and the hydroxyethyl cellulose aqueous solution so as to obtain a mixed solution; and (2) adding the inorganic material catalyst and the dye into the mixed solution, then adding the ethylene glycol, and carrying out uniform ultrasonic dispersion under stirring so as to obtain the photochromic material solution. The optical writing film prepared by using a method provided by the invention has rapid response to visible light with a wavelength of 400 to 420 nm, can be handwritten by a laser pen, has high controllability and stable performances, is reusable, can be reused for 10 times or above, and can rapidly fade through heating under the condition of low temperature in 15 minutes after written by using the laser pen.

Description

[0001] Technical field: [0002] The invention relates to a photochromic material, a reusable photowriting film and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of smart materials. [0003] Background technique: [0004] Paper, posters, banners and other materials that were mainly used in the market before, because their main components are fiber paper, caused serious pollution to the environment during the process of making raw materials such as wood, and the ink and other components used in the printing process were also relatively harmful to the environment. Inkless and repeatable photochromic film materials are more and more used in the field of advertising, packaging and other materials. However, the existing photochromic film material components contain a large amount of organic components, such as spiropyran, viologen, etc., which have serious pollution to the environment and have a greater harmful effect on the crowd. After use, it is not easy to destr...
