Embodiment Construction

[0030] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.

[0031] see figure 1 , a method of three-dimensional printing on a pulp molded product of the present invention will be described by taking a film as an example, which includes:

[0032] 101. Making graphic films

[0033] Selecting a polylactic acid film of a predetermined thickness, and printing predetermined graphic information on the polylactic acid film to form a graphic film;

[0034] Wherein, the thickness of the polylactic acid film is 0.03mm-0.05mm.

[0035] 102. Production of film surface technology

[0036] Gold stamping or snowflake effect is performed on the graphic informat...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of printing, in particular to a method for performing three-dimensional printing on a molded pulp product. The method includes the steps that image-text information is printed on a polylactic acid thin film to obtain an image-text thin film; plant fibers are processed and manufactured into pulp; after a mold is put into a pulp suction groove, the pulp suction groove is subjected to vacuum pumping, and the gap between an upper mold body and a lower mold body of the mold is filled with the pulp; the upper mold body and the lower mold body are pressed, unnecessary pulp is pressed out, and the pulp in the mold is dried to obtain a product blank; then the upper mold body is separated from the lower mold body, and after the image-text thin film is attached into the upper mold body separated from the lower mold body, the upper mold body and the lower mold body are pressed again; vacuum pumping is carried out on the lower mold body, and the image-text thin film is attached to the upper surface of the product blank to obtain a printed product; and the edge of the printed product is cut according to a preset shape, and then the printed product breaks away from the mold. By the adoption of the method, the printing quality of the product is greatly improved, and thus the rate of finished products is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of printing, in particular to a method for three-dimensional printing on pulp molded products. Background technique [0002] Pulp molding is a three-dimensional papermaking technology. It uses waste paper as raw material, and shapes paper products of a certain shape by a special mold on a molding machine. It has four major advantages: the raw material is waste paper, including cardboard, waste paper box paper, waste white edge paper, etc., which have a wide range of sources; its production process is completed by pulping, adsorption molding, drying and shaping, which is harmless to the environment; It can be recycled and reused; the volume is smaller than that of foamed plastic, it can be overlapped, and the transportation is convenient. Pulp molding, which can be used to make lunch boxes, tableware and some industrial buffer packaging, is currently developing very rapidly. In order to make the product mo...
