The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: fixing two color steel plates onto a clamp to form a mould; uniformly mixing 30-35% of cement, 30-35% of copper tailings (grinded to 200 meshes), 0.35% of calcium stearate, 0.03% of polypropylene fibers and 30% of water (35-38 DEG C), then, adding 4.60-4.65% of hydrogen peroxide (concentration being 30) to stir for 10-15 seconds, thereby preparing foamed cement slurry; casting the foamed cement slurry into a position between the two color steel plates; covering the cast foamed cement with a plastic film to moisturize, dismounting the clamp and the color steel plates at the two sides after 48 hours, and continuously curing a foamed cement core material for 14 days under conditions of a temperature of 20 DEG and humidity of 90%; uniformly coating a bonding agent to the two sides of the core material, taking and pasting the two color steel plates to the surface of the core material, and enabling a bump part of the core material to fit to the profiled color steel plate, thereby ensuring tight bonding.
