A bottom outlet of the transformation absorption device is connected with an inlet of a methane synthesis device by a vacuum tank and a vacuum pump; a hydrogen outlet of a hydrogen production unit is connected with the inlet of the methane synthesis device; an outlet of the methane synthesis device is connected with a methane storage tank; a top outlet of the transformation absorption device is connected with the methane storage tank; an oxygen outlet of the hydrogen production unit is connected with an oxygen storage tank; a water storage tank is connected with an inlet of the hydrogen production unit; the outlet at the bottom of the methane synthesis device is connected with the inlet of the hydrogen production unit. The disposal system further comprises a solar collection device which is respectively connected with the methane synthesis device and the hydrogen production unit.
