Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a polymer multistage pattern through ultrasonic-assisted treatment. The method comprises the following steps: selectively stripping a PANI membrane in a specific region from the surface of PDMS by using a PDMS sample with a PANI wrinkle membrane grown in a selected region of an ultrasonic treatment surface, so that a multi-stage patterned PANI membrane is obtained; carrying out in situ deposition and growth of PANI on a PDMS base subjected to OP selective region treatment in advance, so that a multi-phase composite PANI complete membrane with advanced morphology is formed; and further carrying out ultrasonic-assisted treatment on the complete membrane, and due to difference of a binding force, selectively stripping the membrane in an OP treatment region from the base, so that the patterned PANI higher-order structure thin film is prepared. By changing the shape and size of a mask in the OP treatment, multiple different PANI advanced patterns can be obtained.
