The core of the energy management control method is a wavelet-fuzzy logic algorithm. A power demand is decomposed to power in bands of high, medium and low frequency by means of a wavelet transform method after parameters such as the current power demand of the ship, the state-of-charge of a storage battery and the state-of-charge of a supercapacitor by means of a sensor are acquired. The power of low frequency band is taken as initial output reference power of a fuel cell, the power of middle frequency band is taken as an initial reference power demand of the storage battery and the high frequency band of power is taken as an initial reference power demand of the supercapacitor. The system provided by the invention comprehensively coordinates power flows among different energy sources, that is, electric power demands of the ship shall be reasonably distributed according to dynamic characteristics of FC, the storage battery and the supercapacitor, so that the integral performance of the system is promoted and the economical benefit of fuel is improved.
