The invention provides a measurement method of radiation noise of a ship and relates to the noise measurement. The method comprises steps of forming a deep sea submerged buoy by use of an underwater positioning beacon, a hydrophone array and a depth sensor system; carrying out synchronization by use of a clock of a GPS system before the clocks of the hydrophone array and the depth sensor system are put in water; arranging the underwater positioning beacon near an upper floating body; arranging the deep sea submerged buoy in the sea and parking the to-be-measured ship for standby after the to-be-measured ship is motorized to be near to an actual position of the deep sea submerged buoy from an entry place of a cement block along the path of a connection line of the cement block and the upper floating block in the direction before the diving of the upper floating body; carrying out measurement on underwater positioning of the upper floating body; after determining the position of the upper floating body, positioning the to-be-measured ship when the to-be-measured ship is away from the upper floating body for 1000m and gets close to a perpendicular bisector of the connection line of the hydrophone array, and continuing to record differential GPS positions of the ship; correcting the horizontal position of the hydrophone array; and after the correction, calculating the distances between the to-be-measured ship and different hydrophone arrays, and by use of sound signals recorded by the hydrophone arrays, giving the radiation noise of the to-be-measured ship after conversion based on the distances.
