An energy baselining system is provided that performs validation, estimation, and editing (VEE). The system includes a facility model processor, a post VEE readings data stores, a VEE configuration engine, and a global model module. The facility model processor is configured to employ one or more interval based energy consumption streams corresponding to a facility to develop and maintain weather-normalized baseline energy consumption data for the facility, where the weather-normalized baseline energy consumption data is derived from training data for the facility. The post VEE readings data stores is configured to provide a plurality of tagged energy consumption data sets that are each associated with a corresponding one of the one or more interval based energy consumption streams, each of the plurality of tagged energy consumption data sets comprising first groups of contiguous interval values tagged as having been validated and second groups of contiguous interval values tagged as having been edited. The VEE configuration engine is configured to read the post VEE readings data stores upon initiation of an event and, for the each of the plurality of tagged energy consumption data sets, is configured to create a plurality of anomalies having a plurality of different durations using only the first groups of contiguous interval values, and is configured to generate a plurality of estimates for the plurality of anomalies by employing a plurality of estimation techniques and, for each of the plurality of different durations, is configured to select one of the plurality of estimation techniques for subsequent employment when performing VEE of subsequent energy consumption data for the corresponding one of the one or more interval based energy consumption streams. The global model module is configured to receive the weather-normalized baseline energy consumption data and post VEE readings data, and is configured to generate and display comparisons of the weather-normalized baseline energy consumption data with the post VEE readings data.

In order to facilitate comparison between systems, a reference system is introduced to calculate relative efficiency between each system and the reference system, thereby comparing the systems conveniently. The invention, which belongs to the technical field of avionics display controlling, relates to a ground velocity measurement method based on an instrument landing system. According to vertical acceleration outputted by an attitude heading reference system, an aircraft height outputted by an air data computer/radio altimeter, and an airport altitude outputted by an aircraft management system, a vertical speed of the aircraft is calculated by complementary filtering; on the basis of a geometrical relationship, a ground velocity based on an instrument landing system is calculated; and then the ground velocity is filtered by using the acceleration along a runway direction to obtain a smooth available ground velocity. According to the ground velocity measurement method based on an instrument landing system, while the ground velocity that can not be outputted by the attitude heading reference system is calculated by using the vertical acceleration, the aircraft height, the airport height, the glide slope offset, and the reference glide slope angle comprehensively, noises caused by the glide slope offset are suppressed by acceleration complementary filtering, so that the obtained groundvelocity is smooth and has high integrity; and high-safety application like head-up flight guidance is supported.

The method comprises the main steps that feature extraction is carried out on speech,and the identity vector x-vector and identity vector i-vector of the speech are extracted respectively; parallel factor analyzer training is carried out by using the x-vector and i-vector of a same speaker; a parameter corresponding to the x-vector in a parallel factor analyzer is selected, and on the basis of the parameter, linear transformation is carried out on the identity vector x-vector to obtain an xl-vector; the new identity vector xl-vector is trained to obtain a PLD model; feature extraction and x-vector extraction are carried out on the to-be-tested speech, the identity vector x-vector is input into a linear transducer obtained in the training stage to obtain the new identity vector xl-vector, and finally, the identity vector xl-vector is input into the PLD model obtained in thetraining stage, thereby obtaining a final result. The speaker recognition method under the linear transformation of the identity vector x-vector has the advantages of improving the recognition performance of speaker recognition while ensuring that the memory requirements and computing speed are similar to those of a baseline system.

According to the method, the real-time corresponding speed can be improved on the basis of the latest implementation of rapid reasoning and on the premise that the model performance is hardly reduced.
