Abstract

The invention discloses a quartz crystal resonator produced, researched and developed on the basis of novel devices. The quartz crystal resonator has a known structure, and is produced by three novel devices, namely, a spiral high-speed chamfering corrugated barrel, a three-dimensional glue dispenser and an automatic soldering and welding mold changing machine. Through the corrugated spiral barrel, a wafer is chamfered more uniformly; damage to the surface of the wafer is reduced; and the wafer has the characteristics of wide temperature and stable electric parameter. Through a three-dimensional glue dispensing process, the positions and sizes of the wafer and glue points are more uniform, stable and consistent during glue dispensing operation, and the falling resistance and impact resistance of the quartz crystal resonator are enhanced. Through a soldering and welding mold changing device, automatic operation of mold changing in a soldering and welding process is realized, and the accuracy and stability of the quartz crystal resonator are improved.
