The method comprises the following steps of weighing rice bran; mixing the rice bran with a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration being 0.5 to 1.5; performing heating to 45 to 55 DEG C; continuously stirring the materials for 2 to 5h; removing impurities in the material liquid to obtain the filter liquid through double-layer gauze; adding mixed acid solution into the filter liquid during the stirring until the solution pH is 4 to 5; completing the addition of the mixed acid solution in 10 to 20min; continuously performing stirring for 10 to 50 min after the addition completion; preparing a mixture B, wherein the mixed acid solution contains hydrochloric acid with the mass concentration being 0.3 to 0.8 percent and citric acid with the mass concentration being 0.1 to 0.8 percent; performing centrifugal separation on the mixture B; taking precipitates; adding water into the precipitates for cleaning; performing centrifugal separation for 2 to 5 times to obtain precipitate matters; drying and sterilizing the precipitate matters to obtain the casein.
