Abstract

The inert solid particles are added into cooling water of the cooler by means of the feeding chamber, a solute is prevented from forming a degree of supersaturation in a boundary layer solution by utilizing the damage of the fluidized inert solid particles to a boundary layer and stirring the cooling water, thereby prolonging an induction period of scaling, and achieving the antiscaling purpose; in addition, a heat transfer coefficient of the cooling water is increased due to the inert solid particles, so that the wall temperature of a cooling pipeline decreases, thereby being advantageous for antiscaling. The invention further discloses an antiscaling method of the generator cooling device. According to the antiscaling method, the inert solid particles are introduced into the cooling liquid of the generator cooling device, so that the cooling liquid has a fluidized bed type liquid-solid contact state, and the solute in the cooling liquid is prevented from forming the degree of supersaturation in the boundary layer solution, thereby achieving the purpose of antiscaling.
