Abstract

The invention discloses a method of producing recycled paper by waste paper deinking; the method comprises the steps of material selection, wood pulping, pulp grinding, pulping of deinked waste paper, scumming, concentrating, floatation and purifying, stirring and standing, thermal dispersion, pulp mixing, drying and reeling, and other steps; lipase is used as a deinking agent; the deinking agent is added in the pulping process for primary deinking treatment; secondary deinking treatment is performed after primary floatation and purification, and meanwhile, fibers in the waste paper are gradually turned into single fibers, residual ink can be completely removed by adding the deinking agent, and waste paper deinking effect is greatly improved. The deinking agent herein is lipase, having biodegradability of 90% and above for surfactants, providing good protection for reclaimed fibers and causing little pollution to the environment.
