Abstract

The device consists of a lower reacting area, a middle fluidizing area and a top precipitating area; prepared equimolar Na2CO3 and CaCl2 solutions respectively enter from the two sides of the lower part of a reactor, and are mixed to generate CaCO3 crystals; top backflow is introduced from the bottom at a high flowing speed, which has a certain diluting effect on an inlet aqueous solution, and rising force of the top backflow makes a CaCO3 crystallizing process in a fluidized state; and the generated CaCO3 crystals precipitate in the precipitating area and are separated from the solution, and a reacted solution is discharged from a top water outlet.
