system.The method comprises the steps that a
sulfate solution of 2, 4-difluoroaniline and a
sodium nitrite aqueous solution are prepared; continuously and stably conveying the obtained
sulfate solution of 2, 4-difluoroaniline and the
sodium nitrite aqueous solution to a micro-mixer, and then conveying to a
continuous flow reactor for diazotization reaction to obtain a 2, 4-difluorobenzene diazonium
sulfate solution; monitoring the reaction condition in the reaction process, and judging the reaction endpoint; after the diazonium liquid is qualified in central control, the diazonium liquid is directly used for various reactions in the next step or low-temperature
quenching storage. The method lays a good foundation for
continuous flow diazotization production, industrialization and scale production, improves the conversion rate of raw materials, improves the yield of diazonium salt, stabilizes the quality of the diazonium salt, reduces the quality deviation, and is beneficial to
production control of products, so that the purity is controlled to be greater than or equal to 95.0% in a continuous flow process, and the content of phenolic impurities is less than or equal to 5.0%.
