Abstract

The prefabricated track-asphalt rail is prepared through the following specific steps: (a) after adding the track into a sleeper mold layer by layer, spraying the hotly-mixed asphalt mixture on the upper surface; (b) pressing by adopting a hot press and repeating twice, wherein the laying thickness of the track of each time is 18cm to 20cm and a lug boss structure is formed; (c) forming a groove in a track-asphalt structure in a pressing process of the lug boss structure and putting a sleeper into the groove; pouring hotly-mixed asphalt filling for fixing the sleeper and leveling the sleeper with a prefabricated structure. The prefabricated track-asphalt rail disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good compactness, high compression strength, small deformation, good elasticity, small material dosage and good uniformity and is suitable for urban rail transit; the structure is convenient to manufacture, has the advantages of stable technology, energy resource saving, greenness and environment friendliness, is conveniently manufactured into diversified structures and is convenient for field installation and repairing.
