The sludge-containing sound-absorbing building material produced is the environment-friendly sound-absorbing building material which has excellent insect preventing, corrosion preventing and sound absorbing abilities, and the alkaline environment thereof inhibits growth of bacteria, so that sludge organic matters of a water plant are prevented from giving out peculiar smells under the action of bacteria. Meanwhile, the sulphate aluminium cement is added, so that the product strength is improved to 5MPa, and the demand on the wall body filler is met. The raw material is a pollutant of sludge of the water plant. After the product is manufactured, the environment can be protected, secondary pollution of sludge of the water plant on soil and water is reduced, the economical benefit can be also created, and the sound-absorbing wall body filler not only is economical, but also is environmentally friendly.
