The decoking system comprises a homogenizing decoking tank and a control system; a packed bedlayer is arranged in the homogenizing decoking tank; a gas inlet is formed under the packed bed layer in the homogenizing decoking tank; a gas outlet is formed above the packed bed layer in the homogenizing decoking tank; a differential pressure gauge which is connected with the control system is arranged outside the homogenizing decoking tank and is used for measuring and collecting pressure drop data of the packed bed layer; the packed bed layer comprises at least two packing areas; steam cleaning valves are arranged at the top of the homogenizing decoking tank and correspond to the upper sides of the packing areas, and are connected with the control system; after the control system detects that the pressure drop value reaches a preset maximal threshold value, the steam cleaning valvesare started one by one and high-temperature steam cleans the packing areas in turn from top to bottom, dissolves coke attached to bed packing and recovers the pressure drop of the bed to the initial state; the diolefin polymerization probability is reduced by the packed bed layer.
