The method comprises: grading the raw ilmenite in a magnetic field of 0.4T to 1.2 T to obtain concentrate; performing first-stage gradingon the concentrate by a fraction of 0.35-0.45 mm to obtain first-stage fine-fraction materials, and then obtaining iron concentrate and deironed tailings through deironing; performing second-stage grading on the deironed tailings by a fraction of 0.1-0.15 mm to obtain second-stage fine-fraction materials and second-stage coarse-fraction materials; performing gravity separation and electrostatic separation on the second-stage coarse-fraction materials to obtain electrostatic separation ilmenite concentrate; and carrying out second-stage fine-fraction material flotation to obtain flotation ilmenite concentrate.
