A spiral blade is arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the lower pile. A plurality of heat-conducting small holes are formed in the spiral blade. The lower pipe penetrates through the permafrost upper limit and then is embedded in permafrost on the lower portion. An evaporation section of the refrigeration heat-pipe is inserted into an inner cavity of the pile body, and a condensation section of the refrigeration heat-pipe stretches out of the pile main body.
