The structure of a filter bank is rapidlyswitched by a microwave switch, a frequency tunable OEO with ultra-low phase noise is realized by adopting injection phase-locking technology, a tunable microwave source adopts a highly stable crystal frequency doubling source, the output of one path is used for injection into a single-loop OEO, and a phase shifter in the OEO loop is adjusted so that a certain mode is aligned with an injection frequency point, so that main mode and side mode oscillations are suppressed. The other path is to perform phase discrimination with an output electrical signal of the OEO, a phase difference signal output by the phase discrimination is converted into a voltage signal, that is, the phase drift, and the feedback control is performed on the OEO loop through the control of a pressure-controlled phase shifter.
