Abstract

The invention relates to the field of production methods of steel rails for high-speed railways, and particularly relates to a production method for a corrosion-resistant steel rail for a high-speed railway. According to the production method, an extremely thin corrosion-resistant layer is rolled and coats the surface of a steel billet by utilizing the excellent corrosion resistance of titanium materials so as to improve the corrosion resistance of the surface of the steel rail. The production method comprises the following steps that a, the steel of the steel rail is produced by adopting a casting process of low-sulfur-in-furnace molten iron, high-alkalinity refining slag and whole-process protection; b, in the heating process of LF, a foaming agent is used, and the casting is protected in the whole process; c, a titanium plate is welded on the surface layer of the steel billet by adopting a vacuum electron beam welding box; and d, rolling is carried out by utilizing a universal wiremill. By optimizing and improving the production process, the steel for the steel rail which has no corrosion resistance originally has strong corrosion resistance, finally, the layer of thin titaniummaterial is formed on the surface of the steel rail for preventing the corrosion, so that the corrosion resistance of the surface layer of the steel rail is improved, and the depth of the decarburized layer of the steel rail is reduced. The production method is particularly suitable for the production of the steel rail for the high-speed railway which has relatively high requirement on the corrosion resistance.
