According to the ultrafiltration + nanofiltration + reverse osmosis system, ultrafiltration membrane with pore size of 30 nm is adopted to improve produced water quality, reduce operating pressure of subsequent systems and raise safety level. The secondary material membrane system is used for extracting humic acid and further raising nanofiltration water yield from 85% (yield of a traditional process) to 95%. According to the chemical softening membrane + STRO system, the softening membrane adopts a 30nm PTFE material for ultrafiltration so as to improve produced water quality; and a rotary channel is adopted for the STRO so as to further reduce operating pressure of the system.
