Abstract

The invention provides the application of a primer in the preparation of a product for diagnosing tuberculosis. Using circular RNA expression profile chip technology, through differential analysis, a circRNA that is significantly highly expressed in the plasma of tuberculosis patients, namely circZFY, and its transcriptional region are screened out. Located on chromosome 12, the full length is 1909bp. Compared with the plasma of healthy controls, circZFY was significantly highly expressed in the plasma of tuberculosis patients, and the large sample fluorescence quantitative PCR experiment further confirmed that the expression level of circZFY in the plasma of tuberculosis patients was significantly higher than that of healthy controls. The plasma circZFY expression level of tuberculosis patients was significantly reduced after 6 months of anti-tuberculosis treatment.
