The intelligent phase-change heat exchange system comprises an air preheater, a smoke channel which penetrates the air preheater and used for feeding smoke and an air channel which is used for feeding preheated cold air. The intelligent phase-change heat exchange system further comprises a gas-liquid heat exchanger, an air heat exchanger arranged on the upper section of the gas-liquid heat exchanger and a smoke heat exchanger arranged on the lower section of the gas-liquid heatexchanger. The tail of the smoke channel communicates with the smoke heat exchanger, and the front portion of the air channel communicates with the smoke heat exchanger. The lower portion of the gas-liquid heat exchanger is connected with a water inlet pipe, water flow in the water inlet pipe is controlled through an electric control valve, and the inner wall of the gas-liquid heat exchanger is further provided with a temperature sensor.
